- Trusted Advisor – As your Trusted Advisor, we will listen to your goals, recommend the right resources to help you reach them and share with you our experiences and expertise. In simpler terms, we will listen to your needs, establish your expectations and advise you, based on our experiences, training and knowledge how best to proceed. This includes assessing your property value, figuring what you need out of the sale and even helping you to set the timeframe in which you need to sell your property.
- Skilled Negotiator – As your Skilled Negotiator, we will help you explore your options, respect your confidentiality and steadfastly represent your interests. This ensures you that we will present any offers to you in a timely manner, help you understand the offer, help you with counter-offers and most importantly represent you and your interests.
- Expert Facilitator – As your Expert Facilitator, we will handle all details and work to ensure that the sale we put together stays together. This is one of the most detailed skills we bring to you. As your Expert Facilitator we will promote your property through marketing, yard signs, internet advertising, on the MLS, through open houses and direct marketing. We will show your home and bring you only pre-qualified buyers. We will help with setting up inspections, work through contingencies and ultimately take you through closing to ensure the sale stays together.
As your Trusted Advisor, Skilled Negotiator and Expert Facilitator, we guarantee to you in writing that we will:
